Janine Cebollero Promoted to Managing Director at FirstService Residential New York
Cebollero oversees a management portfolio of luxury and market-rate condominium and cooperative properties in Manhattan.
NEW YORK, April 29, 2024 FirstService Residential, New York's leading residential property management company, has promoted Janine Cebollero to a Managing Director in its Manhattan Condo/Co-op Division, a segment of the company that manages some of the highest-end properties in New York City.
In her new role, Cebollero will oversee a portfolio of luxury and market-rate condominium and cooperative properties, in addition to leading a team of property managers and assistant property managers who specialize in complex building operations, financial management, compliance, and customer service.

Cebollero joined the company in 2012 as an assistant property manager and received successive promotions to associate property manager, property manager, and senior property in 2021.
